A quick overview of how Senticient works and how to set up your first Group and start collecting feedback.
Senticient is an automated SMS feedback platform for instructors and administrators. After each session, Respondents receive a short survey via SMS — no app download or account required.
Responses are aggregated into dashboards that surface trends in ratings, comments, and engagement over time.
1. Your Senticient administrator creates your account and emails you a link to set your password (or hands you a one-time password).
2. Create your first Group (e.g. a class, a team, or a cohort). Add Respondents with their phone numbers.
3. Schedule sessions for the Group. Senticient will automatically send the survey SMS at the scheduled time.
4. Check your dashboard after the first session to see ratings and comments.
New accounts start on a trial arranged by your administrator — no card required. You'll be contacted before it ends about continuing.
